Level 16 will be starting momentarily, with the blinds going up to 1,500/3,000/400.  Arnold Dinio is beginning to make some noise, as he creeps up to 200,000.  A bunch of those chips have come from one time chip leader Roland Israelashvili, who has now relinquished that title for the moment to Charles Welch.
